Your account balance will be moved to the new plan. However, any unused minutes or data will be lost.

Yes, you can upgrade/downgrade your Wasel Flexi plan at any time. Your selected plan will be effective immediately.

Once your plan is active, dial *101*50#, select ‘Account Management’ and then ‘Preferred number’ or by visiting e& UAE app. You can enjoy unlimited calls to one e& mobile number as long as you are inside the UAE.
