Coverage begins immediately at the time of purchase. Your device is covered as long as you purchase the plan within 60 days of the device purchase.

You can get support for your hardware and software needs by contacting an Apple expert via chat, call, or the Apple Support app. You can also visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

When you protect your iPad with AppleCare+, you’ll get coverage for Accidental Damage for one Apple Pencil and one Apple‑branded iPad keyboard. AppleCare+ also covers any in-box cables and power adapters that came with your covered Apple product.

AppleCare+ offers unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. This includes coverage for accidents like drops, spills, and liquid damage.

It depends on your product and the type of repair. Same-day service is available for iPhone in most major metropolitan areas. For some products, we also offer Express Replacement Service, where we will send you a new device so you don’t have to wait for a repair.

AppleCare+ offers quick and convenient repair options with low service fees.

• There is a service fee of AED 99 for screen or back glass damage.
• There is a service fee of AED 349 for other accidental damage.
• There is no additional fee for a battery replacement if your battery holds less than 80% of its original capacity.
