    #Tag replaces your mobile number with a short, memorable number followed by a hashtag. Whether it’s your birthday, wedding year or your favourite player’s number, you can link it to your mobile number instantly.

    How it works

    • Select a #Tag from the list of numbers offered by e&
    • The selected #Tag will be linked to your existing mobile number
    • e& customers within the UAE can call you on your #Tag or your original mobile number (prefixes: 050/054/056)
    • Customers within the UAE can call each other with a #Tag
    • #Tag is NOT a new mobile number – it is a code that will be attached to your existing postpaid mobile number
    • Customers can’t send a text messages to #Tag code. #Tag service supports calls only
    • Calls from international operators and roaming customers can’t be made to the #Tag
    • Callers of the #TAG will see the associated mobile number on the bill and not the called #TAG

    Only postpaid customers can activate the #Tag service and have multiple #Tags linked to the same mobile number.

    A #Tag sold via auction will be based on the final bidding price and the customer will have 12 months of free rental.

    After the free rental period, the customer will be charged AED375 monthly, VAT excluded.

    You can get it on the Emirates Auction website or mobile app. 

    You can dial *101# to inquire or turn on/off your #Tag.

    To turn off your #Tag, you can dial *101# or visit any e& store. Deactivated #Tag’s are kept for 12 months should you wish to reactivate.

    #Tag’s are transferrable between e& mobile numbers.

    #Tag is a new and an innovative premium value-added service where e& customers can link a short and catchy code with their existing mobile numbers and start calling each other on their #Tag instead of calling on the usual 10-digits mobile number. Customers subscribing to this service will be assigned a unique #Tag linked to an e& mobile number.

    • #Tag is a unique code (for e.g.: #11 or #505)
    • e& customers can buy multiple #Tags for each of their mobile numbers
    • Customers within the UAE can call each other with #Tag
    • #Tag is NOT a new mobile number – it is a code that will be attached to your existing postpaid mobile number

    • A #Tag sold via auction will be based on the final bidding price and the customer will have 12 months of free rental.
    • After the free rental period, the customer will be charged AED375 monthly, VAT excluded.

    You can subscribe to the #Tag service via Emirates Auction website or app: www.emiratesauction.com

    You will have the right to use the #Tag, however, no ownership certificate will be issued.
