e&’s “Smart Living Monitoring Service” offering consists of exclusive Ring bundles to address your monitoring requirements inside, outside, around their homes and front door. Each bundle is built around a Ring doorbell or security camera with an easy payment plan and includes Ring Protect Lifetime Basic Plan (Free Lifetime Video recording) along with extended three-year limited warranty.
e& will also manage the user experience right from helping you to choose the right bundles for your requirement and installing the products and providing after sales service free of cost.
e& Smart living Monitoring Service is an add-on service on top of your eLife account. (only elife 2p lite& 3p Service are eligible to subscribe).
Other additional charges might be applicable as follows
- In case of unavailability of necessary Ethernet ports on your eLife router to connect your cameras, additional Power over Ethernet switch will be required to complete the installation. Charges for the POE switch of AED 350.
- If required, extended cable for the outdoor cameras at AED 50 per camera.
- In case you wish to install cameras outside the Wi-Fi coverage range, an extended Wi-Fi coverage solution i.e eLife Home Zone service will be required to complete the installation.
Yes, you can add multiple e& monitoring services to your account and each will be charged saperately.
