    Yes. Every pre-owned device purchased through e& includes a warranty, covering functional defects for a specified period after purchase.

     

    During the warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced if it experiences a defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship, including but not limited to internal hardware malfunctions (e.g., logic board, camera, speaker, microphone, buttons) or manufacturing defects identified after purchase

    • Accidental damage, including drops, liquid damage, or impact
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or exposure to liquid or extreme conditions
    • Accessories such as chargers, cables, or headphones
    • Any software issues resulting from user installation of third-party apps or unofficial firmware
    • Warranty excludes any accessories or damage caused by accessories such as cables, chargers or headphones
    • Theft or loss of the device
