Product Condition
All devices sold under these warranty terms and conditions are Certified Pre-Owned (Refurbished) products and the devices are not new. Also, all the devices are fully functional and in like-new condition.
Each device undergoes comprehensive diagnostic testing, inspection, and professional refurbishment by technicians to meet strict quality standards prior to resale.
Devices are delivered in good cosmetic condition with minimal visible signs of prior usage and wear, and for iOS devices, a battery health of at least 85% at the time of sale.
Warranty Coverage
The device is covered by a 12 month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering hardware or software defects arising under normal usage conditions.
What’s Covered
During the warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced if it experiences a defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship, including but not limited to internal hardware malfunctions (e.g., logic board, camera, speaker, microphone, buttons) or manufacturing defects identified after purchase.
If the Customer refuses the repair or replacement offered under this warranty remedy. The warranty claim shall be considered resolved and the company shall have no liability or obligations, including any obligation to provide refund or compensation.

Please note that products are pre-owned devices given a second life. Minor traces of previous use are expected and do not qualify for a warranty claim.
How Warranty Claims Process Work
All warranty claims will be reviewed by trained specialists following systematic diagnostic and quality standards.
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting the device for warranty service. e& will not be liable for loss of data during inspection, repair or replacement.
For valid warranty claims, repair or replacement processing will be completed within a reasonable timeframe subject to parts availability.
If your claim is approved,
The replacement or repaired device will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of service, whichever is longer.
