- Go to e& website: www.etisalat.ae
- Visit the nearest e& store
- Log into the e& UAE App with UAE PASS on the device you wish to activate the eSIM
- Tap on ‘Manage’
- Pick the SIM you want to convert/transfer
- Select SIM card
- Select ‘Replace SIM/Switch to eSIM’
- Select SIM type as eSIM
