    Transfer your eSIM to your new device, today!

    1. Sign In: Log into the e& UAE App on your old phone.
    2. Navigate: Select Account > Manage > My SIM Cards > Replace SIM.
    3. Verify: Authenticate using Facial Recognition or UAE Pass and follow the prompts.

    If the transfer process fails or you're having trouble, we recommend applying for an eSIM replacement. Please refer to the "Replace your eSIM" section for instructions.

     

    Transfer eSIM

    1. Log into the e& UAE App with UAE PASS on the device you wish to activate the eSIM
    2. Tap on ‘Manage’
    3. Pick the SIM you want to convert/transfer
    4. Select SIM card
    5. Select ‘Replace SIM/Switch to eSIM’
    6. Select SIM type as eSIM
