•  Tenancy/ownership contract
•  Ministry of Labour contract (minimum salary: AED 2,500)

Exit charge policy

1. No exit charge if upgrade to a higher monthly rental commitment plan before 12 months.

2. For plans with 12-month commitment, a one-time charge equal to the plan’s 1 month rental or AED 1,000 (whichever amount is lower) will apply in case of early termination in addition to any other applicable usage charges.

3. For plans with 12-month commitment, in case of downgrading to a lower monthly rental commitment plan before 12 months, a one-time charge of (current plan rental less destination plan rental) or (AED 1,000 less destination plan rental) whichever amount is lower will be applied.

Note: In case the Customer has been assigned a Silver category number with the Service, the Customer shall not be permitted during the Minimum Term to:

1. Transfer or assign the right of use of the Silver category number to another customer.
2. Downgrade the Service.
3. Migrate the Service to any other Etisalat mobile prepaid or postpaid plan; or
4. Port out the Silver category number.
