The accidental damage and liquid protection period under e& Device Care varies based on the chosen payment plan:

• Upfront purchase or 12-month contract: 1 year of coverage
• 24-month contract: 2 years of coverage
• 36-month contract: 3 years of coverage

All device models are covered against accidental and liquid damage, with no additional repair charges for approved claims.

Limitations of Warranty

The following situations are not included in the e& Device Care Package:

• Theft or loss of the device
• Damage caused by misuse or negligent handling
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, normal wear and tear)
• Damage occurring within 7 days of plan activation
• Manufacturer warranty repairs or DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases

Manufacturer Warranty

All Galaxy S26 devices are covered by Samsung’s standard manufacturer warranty, subject to the applicable terms and conditions:

• 3-year warranty for standard models (available for limited stock)
• 3-year warranty for Enterprise Edition devices
