Upgrade to the latest iPhone 18 pro with a guaranteed buyback value from day one. With Assured Buyback, eligible e& customers can receive up to 60% of the original iPhone purchase value when they return their device at the end of the selected plan period; your iPhone is assigned a pre-defined buyback value at the time of purchase under the Assured Buyback plan, and when you’re ready to upgrade, you simply return your eligible device for evaluation and receive the applicable buyback amount towards your next eligible device purchase.

Lock in your buyback value

Your device becomes eligible for a pre-defined buyback value of up to 60% of its original purchase value.

Upgrade at the next launch

When the next-generation device becomes available, return your current device within the eligible return period.

Device evaluation

Your returned device will be inspected based on its physical and functional condition.

Complete your upgrade

Once approved, your applicable buyback value will be applied towards your purchase of a new eligible device.

How much can you get back?

For example, if you purchase an iPhone 18 Pro for AED 5,499* and select a 1-year Assured Buyback plan:

Device price: AED 5,499
Buyback value: Up to AED 3,299
Amount Payable: AED 2,200

Subscription fee: AED 125 for 1 year / 150 for 2 years.

That’s up to 60% of the original device purchase value back when you return the eligible device, subject to its condition.

Who can get Assured Buyback?

The Assured Buyback program is available to:

  • Existing e& B2B customers in the SMB segment
  • Customers purchasing eligible iPhone models launched from September 2026 onwards
  • Customers who select and pay the applicable Assured Buyback plan fee at the time of purchase

Device condition

The final buyback value depends on the physical and functional condition of your returned device. The applicable buyback percentage will be adjusted based on the condition assessment.

Final buyback value is subject to device inspection and the applicable program terms.

Exceptions

If the device has been replaced by an Authorized Service Provider, an official replacement confirmation document must be submitted during return.

In case of device return, refund, or exchange, the Assured Buyback plan fee is non-refundable.

The plan is linked to the original device IMEI and cannot be transferred to another device.

Lost or stolen devices are not eligible under the Assured Buyback Program.
