Who is eligible for the Welcome Kit?

Any business who has a New Trade License issued within the last 4 months is eligible for this program.

Can existing customers take advantage of this offer?

Yes! Existing customers with a New Trade License issued within the last 4 months are eligible for the Welcome Kit Offer.

Can I transfer my old line to the Welcome Kit offer?

No, the Welcome Kit is only available for new activations for eligible customers.

Can the Welcome Kit offer be transferred if ownership changes?

No, the offer is tied to the original customer account and cannot be transferred.

What will eligible customers receive under this program?

Eligible companies will receive:

  • Free mobile plan for the first 2 months, including:
    • 3GB data per line
    • 300 local minutes per line
    • Up to 3 lines per eligible company
  • After the first 2 months, customers can continue on eligible business mobile plans with a 50% discount for the next 2 months.

Which mobile lines are eligible for this offer?

This offer applies to new business mobile lines that are:

  • Registered under the company’s name (company-paid lines), and
  • Purchased through our digital channels.

What is the application process for the Welcome Kit offer?

  1. The customer visits the website and submits their trade license details.
  2. The system automatically verifies eligibility using secure digital validation.
  3. Eligible applications are processed by our sales team for activation.

If the customer does not continue after the first 2 months:

  • The line will move to a zero-rental plan with no bundled data or minutes.
  • Additional usage and add-ons will be restricted for three months.
  • After three months, the line will be disconnected.

How many mobile lines can a company receive under this offer?

Up to 3 mobile lines per eligible company.

Can existing customers benefit from this offer?

Yes. Existing customers with a new trade license issued within the last 4 months may activate up to 3 new lines under this program.

Can existing mobile lines be moved to the Welcome Kit offer?

No. The offer is available for new line activations only.

Can ownership of the line be transferred under this offer?

No. The offer is linked to the company’s registered account and cannot be transferred.

Can a company exit the Welcome Kit offer?

Yes. The company may:

  • Change to another business postpaid plan
  • Switch to prepaid
  • Transfer the number to another operator
  • Cancel the line

The maximum of three lines per eligible company remains applicable.

Will customers receive reminders before the offer ends?

Yes. Notifications will be sent 30 days and 15 days before disconnection.

Eligible customers can enjoy 2 months rental free & 2 additional months at 50% off on Business PRO plans of 400Mbps & above. T&Cs apply.

Who is eligible for the Welcome Kit Offer?

Businesses with a new trade license and a newly created e& company account (Party ID) issued within the last 120 days are eligible.

Which Business Pro plans are eligible?

The following Business Pro speed plans qualify:

  • 400 Mbps
  • 550 Mbps
  • 750 Mbps
  • 1 Gbps

What benefits are included with Business Pro under this offer?

All standard Business Pro plan benefits are included according to the selected package.

What will eligible customers receive under this program?

Eligible companies subscribing to Business Pro plans of 400 Mbps or above will receive:

  • 100% rental waiver in Months 2 and 3
  • 50% rental waiver in Months 4 and 5

Can existing customers benefit from this offer?

Yes, if they meet both conditions:

  • The trade license was issued within the last 120 days, and
  • The e& company account is less than 120 days old.

Is there a contract commitment?

Yes. Business Pro plans under this offer come with a 12-month contract.

If the service is cancelled during this period, standard exit charges will apply according to the product policy.

What is the application process?

Customers can apply through the website by submitting their trade license.

Once the license is verified and eligibility is confirmed, the service will be activated and the Welcome Kit offer will be applied to the account.

How many Business Pro connections are allowed under this offer?

Only one Business Pro connection per eligible company at the same location.

Can existing connections be moved to the Welcome Kit Offer?

No. The offer applies only to new Business Pro activations.

Can ownership be transferred under this offer?

No. The offer is linked to the registered company account and cannot be transferred.

If updated company documents are submitted during follow-up, how is eligibility assessed?

Eligibility will be reviewed based on the most recently submitted valid trade license. Only companies meeting the program criteria will qualify for the Welcome Kit offer.
