General Terms and Conditions

• Calls to the UAE and to any number belonging to the visited preferred country are considered local calls.
• Flexi minutes can be used to call the flexi-eligible countries. Calls outside the list are charged as per local plan rates.
• Upon full consumption of your allowance, local plan rules/rates will apply.
• The pack is one-time (not auto-renewal). Cancellation and multiple subscriptions are not allowed. However, this can co-exist with Roam Like Home Data.
• Upon reaching the end of validity, the pack expires.
• Receiving calls is free for up to 500 minutes for 30 days. Upon full consumption of 500 minutes, incoming calls are charged 0.36 AED/min (no carry-over).
• Any non-voice usage shall be charged standard roaming rates.
• The fair usage policy applies where outgoing voice calls are capped at 3000 minutes for 30 days. Upon full consumption of 3000 minutes, local plan rates apply.
• To refresh your voice usage caps, you can reset the pack, where a new charge applies, and the FUP is reset to zero.
